All Sales Are Final

All of our products are print-on-demand, meaning each item is made specifically for your order. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases of manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.

Please review your size, color, design, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue.

To report a problem, please email stickiteeshop@gmail.com and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging showing the problem.

If the issue is approved, we will provide a replacement item or store credit at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued.


Sizing and Fit

Because each item is custom-printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing or fit issues. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before placing your order.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, packages marked as delivered but not received, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds: custom or personalized products, sale or promotional items, and gift cards.
